YAY! For the first time in over two years my hemoglobin went UP UP UP!! (not much, from 8.8 to 9.2 with 12 being the low end of normal), but the nurse this morning asked if I had had a transfusion over the weekend because usually once I get blood, it just drops. So. Not only did it go up, but it's been longer than normal since my last transfusion!! AND my platelets are at
exciting? hells yes. going home today since I don't have to have a transfusion? fuck yes.
So yes. yes yes yes. GOING HOME TO THE COOS TODAY!!
Mom has plans for me involving a game of show and tell, but other than that, Suz and I will be footloose and fancy free (I'm going up to portland on friday...I won't see my kitty for a WEEK!!!) Thus, if you're in the area, give us a ring!
Still a little in awe that nothing is ever what it seems...like today's backwards day: my hemoglobin went up, I lost a couple of pounds, AND I got a B+ in my anth class? Was Dr. White DRUNK when she assigned me my grade? is today a full moon or something?
