Your Boobies' Names Are: Bert and Ernie

yay! I have gay Jim Henson puppets for boobs!

Had an awesome time last night. Tom and I hung out, I gave him a kick ass hair cut (I love cutting hair. I think that if I didn't have higher aspirations like wanting to travel the world and dig shit up at other people's expenses), and then we hung out with great friends, like my favorite intellectual (ilovethebeatles) and jimilehigh I love it how, now that I know most of my friends have LJs, we call them by their LJ names. haha. Like, "which jim?" "jimilehigh" ack. so funny.

Something smells. I think it's my socks. haha.

We went to this intermingle thing last night, it was a lot of fun for the little part that we were there. It was full of annoying freshman (and a group of punkskanks that I swear cannot be over the ripe old age of 15) and we got to watch Alter Ego. I swear, Taylor's (lead singer) adorable. He's, like, five foot nothing. And his girlfriend is even smaller and more petite. You just want to pet them both, they're so cute! And we saw Ryan, one of the Ryans from Naima and my class that we took together last year. He's all over!

Had a really really conversation last night. I'm glad that what's said was said, because i didn't want to end up hurting someone else because of my own naivety, but it turns out that we are both on the same page. I'm so glad and so happy and so stoked. Yay for great friends!

Game today. Fog right now. I don't like it one bit.

made by ponkie I now <3 her.

And I made my new icon all by my onsies. I'll give a cookie to anyone who can tell me who it is in the picture. (Hint: someone I know from Coos Bay aka CB and at least one other person on my flist knows his brother).

It's amazing what you find out when you open up. I've made at least 4 new friends in the last 6 months because they all have leukemia also, and I found out within the last 4 months of two different guys that I know (not including A. Longo, because the other two are survivors, and while he is, these guys are long term) that have survived a blood malignancy disease (one I was in the RA class with who had hodgkin's lymphoma, and the other one was a guy that lived in my hall freshman year who had leukemia as a child). It's good to know that people my age are survivors. Gives me hope.

I went to the game today and it was my first non OMB game and it was fucking assloads of fun everywhere. It also helps that we won. But I sat with awesome people and had a blast and I <3 OMB (minus todd. but that's so effing obvious and doesn't need to be mentioned).

I had more to say...but I think I said it all in short choppy sentences. Well, except for this one, but it's another cancer story. a new friendCollapse )
