I just got accused of academic dishonesty. Yeah, in layman's term: cheating.
Well, not so much cheating, as this girl cheated off me on a test. We had a bone diagram and had to individually label all these different parts of mammal bones. I put a bunch of stuff that I guess I didn't need, although I got most of it all wrong: 7 out of 25. Turns out the girl that sits next to me had almost EXACTLY the same thing, including the stuff I didn't need to put on there.
I swear I didn't cheat, I remember her checkin' out my stuff and finally I turned the quiz over. I thought about talking to the professor that day, but I didn't want to make a big kerfuffle out of it because it's the same class that I had a problem with the gtf in.
Now, there's no way to prove which one of us cheated except it's been eating at me for the past couple of hours since I found out. I'm just so PISSED. I was uncomfortable with it at the time, and I should have followed my instincts.
I was confused what the hell he was talking about at first, but he was all warbly and misty-eyed and said he'd lost sleep over it. And I wanted to choose him to work with as an independent study advisor when I'm doing my outpatient recovery crap, so I HAVE to keep a good relationship with him.
Goddamnit, that stupid girl is nothing but fucking trouble.
